You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods that belong to third parties — including family members — is not permitted. 288 Game reserves the right to require evidence of the source of funds for any deposit and may hold or return funds pending satisfactory evidence.
If a deposit does not appear in your 288 Game balance within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference. 288 Game does not charge deposit fees. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility and are separate from platform fees.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time from your 288 Game account settings. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you request otherwise and verification of the alternative method is completed.
Withdrawals to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of a verified request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers follow standard interbank processing timelines — typically same business day for requests submitted before banking hours cutoff. Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed automatically from account balances and cannot be reinstated.

All bets placed on 288 Game are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game only — these Terms govern all other aspects of your account and use of the platform.
A bet is only confirmed once 288 Game displays a confirmation of the bet on your screen and the relevant amount has been deducted from your balance. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted. Network issues on the player's end do not create an obligation on 288 Game to honour an unconfirmed bet.
If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system error or human mistake — for example, significantly inflated odds resulting from a technical fault — 288 Game reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled as won.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 288 Game. These limits are displayed in the game interface. Minimum stakes vary from Rs 10 for some casino games to Rs 100 for sports betting markets. Maximum stake limits vary by game category and may change during in-play betting events.
In-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports at 288 Game are subject to suspension during key moments of play — over changes, wickets, reviews, DRS calls, rain delays, and similar events. Bets that were not confirmed before a market suspension was triggered will not be accepted.
